During the normal picking & shipping process, shipping teams can rapidly snap unlimited photos of pallets as they are being loaded and after the truck is loaded. This is great to show customers when they say "Two pallets were crushed" and can reduce rejections / credits or disagreements with the transport company. If you want, you can even select which of your customers will receive an alert immediately after their truck is loaded (this lets them immediately see the quality of the pallets at the point of shipping, reducing disagreements later).
