When you signed up, we automatically chose the closest data center for you and sent you an email with the location of that server. You should use the data center closest to you (we can't automatically redirect traffic because some clients have sites in multiple continents, users must be able to specify which data center they will use). If you bookmark this address you should be able to open the app in multiple tabs at the same time.
Any PC / Mac / iOS / Android / Linux will do the job if it supports Edge, Chrome, Safari, Brave, or Opera browser, 800 x1200 / 1200x800 minimum resolution, and has an always on internet connection (its a cloud app! No data is stored on your device!). Most screens will work on any device, some dashboards require a tablet or computer screen to be viewed properly.
If your Android device doesn't have a built in bar-code scanner, install an app that adds a bar-code button to your keyboard (this will open a camera screen to scan bar-codes and insert the bar-code data into the scan box. Try apps like "Barcode & QR code Keyboard", "Barcode/NFC/OCR Scanner Keyboard", etc..
Use a Bluetooth/ USB wired /wireless hand held scanner device that will dump bar-code data into the focused scan box without inserting any additional characters other than the bar-code data.
Our app will print preview your print jobs in the browser by sending it a PDF, from there its up to your devices configuration to print. We recommend a 300 dpi+ printer for bar-codes, if you print in a lower resolution it is likely the bar-codes will not be readable.
From Mac OS or Windows you can use any printer that can print a PDF document. If you print from Android or iOS you will need to install either PaperCut (or similar) or Apple AirPrint; or the printer app from printer vendor.
Producepak exists only in the cloud, you can't install it on your own server (well, actually you can but the additional cost is considerable). You don't need to install any software or apps to use Producepak, you only need one of these browsers on your device: Edge, Chrome, Brave, Safari, or Opera, or any Chromium based browser.
When you store documents in the app, they are being stored in your own Dropbox account so you know you have access and control over them at all times, even if your app subscription expires.

Support is included for our premium customers (20+ users) and FARMSOFT, support is not included with LITE, PRO, and FRESH-POS. You can buy Pay As You Go support at any time or an annual support subscription, select Support from within the app or visit our support and training page. All support by email.
If you are not receiving emails from the app, its likely your email server has blocked our email service. We can't control your email server, and we certainly cant support it or make changes to it.
To unblock our servers, ask your I.T. provider to:
> In your email app, create a rule that will stop spam filters from moving emails from these domains to the spam bin: *.farmsoft.net, *.farmsoft.com, *.producepak.com
> Whitelist emails from Admin control panel, originating from our domains which include: *.farmsoft.net, *.farmsoft.com, *.producepak.com
> Whitelist our mail server IP addresses, we use Mailgun.com for emailing, to find current sending IP's used by Mailgun, please visit http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html , enter the value of mailgun.org in the text box and the results will show a number of include mechanisms referencing Mailgun's SPF records. Using each of these values, you can query each individually to see the full range of our current sending IPs.
If you still don't receive emails...
That's highly likely. When your server rejected email from our servers, our servers will no longer attempt to send to a hard/soft bounce email address. You need to contact us through support and tell us the email addresses we need to manually enable on our servers. This is a time consuming process so get it right. If your app subscription doesn't have a support plan, go to the support screen and purchase a support ticket to have us enable your emails.
